Oleynik Lesia Stepanovna is a Doctor of Philosophy, Honored Art Worker of Ukraine, laureate of the N. Lysenko Prize. Lesia Stepanovna is a famous musicologist, music critic, journalist, public figure, secretary of the board of the National Union of Composers of Ukraine for International Relations, Secretary General of the National Committee of the International Musical Council, member of the National Committee of Ukraine for UNESCO. Lesia Stepanovna carries out significant work in the field of international cultural activity.

Shulgina Valeria Dmitrievna is a professor (1993), doctor of the art history (2002). Member of the International Association of Libraries, Archives, Documentation Centers (LAML) (1997), member of the International Society of Electronic Image and Visual Arts (EVA) (2002), member of the National Union of Composers of Ukraine.

Nochevkin Sergey Anatolyevich is a chief director and co-author of the idea of The All-Ukrainian Music Olympiad “The Voice of the Country”. PhD in Physics and Mathematics, Master of Business Administration.

Dmitry Tavanets is a soloist and executive director of the National Ensemble of Soloists “Kyiv camerata”. Laureate and diploma winner of All-Ukrainian and international competitions. Founder and artistic director of the International chamber music festival “Chamber music session” (Kyiv).
